Cura operates to substantially improve the business performance of its clients and enhance the personal confidence and effectiveness of the people working in those businesses.  It recognises that running businesses can be a very lonely and sometimes very difficult activity for the senior individual(s) involved so we make sure you are not alone.

Cura’s six mainstream consultants have experience of working in many business sectors.  Most importantly we have all run businesses ourselves - so we are very well placed to make the difference to you and your business in turn and provide the important empathy with you.  Our success is measured by your success. 

We have all been mentoring other business leaders for over 14 years, generally but not exclusively in Birmingham and the South West Midlands.  Our mentoring methodology
- ensures you get a new and impartial perspective on your business and how you as an individual are developing
- involves us acting as a critical friend and sounding board without being judgemental
- helps you to confirm your business vision
- identifies the key actions to help you move towards that vision, setting any appropriate priorities
