Act on customer feedback

Feedback from customers is collected and used to improve the mentoring service being provided.

Examples of best practice include:

  • Official feedback sessions
  • Mentees/mentors asked for regular direct feedback via questionnaires/ meetings/ surveys
  • Regular review, evaluation of practices, processes and services
  • User groups (on line and in person) to make suggestions for developing and improving services and delivery practices
  • Other organisations operating in the same area/sector
