MentorMatchMe is a business devoted to developing mentoring relationships in all aspects of Business, Career and Life. The company provides its service online and in larger corporate organisations. Delivering effective matching between mentors and mentees whilst also providing the right tools and techniques to help mentors guide their mentees to solve the particular challenges they are facing.
What makes MentorMatchMe different is that everything revolves round our Members’ challenges.
As a mentor you register details about your experience and skill set.
As a mentee you post details of your mentoring challenge and the type of experience you require your mentor to have.
Mentors are alerted about each challenge they are suitable for and can choose whether to apply to mentor.
Mentees and potential mentors can then interact through our questions and answers section before a final decision is made.
Once a mentor is selected the mentee will receive 3 hours free mentoring. If you both feel the match is good then the mentor will offer to continue to mentor you for free or for a fee.
A good match is critically important, but that is only the first step. To ensure your success, we have developed a simple yet powerful toolkit. This toolkit includes a roadmap to guide your mentoring process plus other useful information and tools.
