Community & Business Partners

Community & Business Partners mentoring schemes were established 23 years ago to assist Private Sector companies in developing and achieving greater success by providing them with access to highly experienced, knowledgeable and skilled business mentors. These mentors have ‘been there, done it and worn the T shirt’ and are empathic to the issues you face each day. One of our 164 mentors will be carefully selected to suit your needs.

No matter which sector the business operates in or what business specialism you find difficult; whether you are in growth or having to make difficult decisions then we have a suitable mentor for you. You retain autonomy and responsibility for the actions undertaken and decide the pace of development.

Most of our services are free although this depends on where your business is located. We keep the cost of services that are not free within a rate that can be afforded by a small business.

Mentoring Channels
We offer all mentoring channels; face to face, peer group, telephone or web based support.

Quality
All our mentors work within the framework of the International Standards of Mentoring Programmes in Employment and are covered by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council Code of Ethics. Mentors also undertake continual professional development on an annual basis.

Results
We have many case studies and testimonials to testify to the quality of our mentor support and these can be seen on our website www.cbpartners.org

Location
We can support businesses in Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
