Community & Business Partners

Community & Business Partners offer mentoring and coaching support throughout Lancashire, through its very well established Guardian Angel Entrepreneurs Network.

The Guardian Angel Entrepreneurs Network was established in 1988. These business professionals have ‘been there, done it and worn the T shirt’ and are empathic to the issues you face each day. These business mentors/coaches assist Private Sector companies in achieving greater business success. No matter which sector the business operates in or what business specialism you require (finance, marketing etc), and whether at pre-start stage, in growth or having to make difficult decisions then we have a suitable mentor/coach to provide support to you, in order to optimise your own and the business potential. The mentor/coach is totally objective and you retain autonomy and responsibility for the actions undertaken and decide on the pace of development.

In addition we also run a number of Business Growth events and training, enabling business owners and senior managers to acquire knowledge of topical and innovative subjects in a number of formats.

Some of these services do not cost anything for the client,  as the support is funded. For non-funded programmes the cost is kept to an affordable rate for a small and medium enterprise (SME) business.

We have many case studies and testimonials to testify to the quality of our support and these can be seen on our website

All our mentors/coaches work within the framework of the International Standards of Mentoring Programmes in Employment and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council Code of Ethics. Mentors/coaches also undertake continual professional development on an annual basis.
