Business Mentoring Services Ltd provides: business mentoring to SMEs; director/executive performance coaching; and career transition coaching in the Wilts, Dorset, Hants area.  My approach is professional and I have a passion for helping others to succeed in their businesses and careers.

I provide a bespoke service, responding to clients’ individual needs.  I don’t try to sell expensive packages of branded training or business methods, I simply focus on helping you to achieve your goals. 

Typical examples of how I can help businesses are: improving efficiency; identifying priorities; managing risk; and planning for success.  This enables business owners to take control of their business, set a direction and move forward.  Examples of how I can help directors and executives are: responding to feedback in appraisals; managing yourself through career transition; and embedding success in the first 90 days in a new job.

My background is military: I was a Royal Engineer Army Officer for 26 years, latterly employed in strategic management and business jobs after completing an MBA at Cranfield University.  After leaving the Army I become a volunteer business mentor, and the experience of seeing my clients achieve success inspired me to start my own enterprise.  I’m a member of four professional institutes as well as national and local business organisations, and I’m committed to investing in my own continuing professional development.
