Act on customer feedback
Feedback from customers is collected and used to improve the mentoring service being provided.
Examples of best practice include:
- Official feedback sessions
- Mentees/mentors asked for regular direct feedback via questionnaires/ meetings/ surveys
- Regular review, evaluation of practices, processes and services
- User groups (on line and in person) to make suggestions for developing and improving services and delivery practices
- Other organisations operating in the same area/sector
